This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys account management, delivery and contractor management but does not want the pressure of new business development. All business development and client acquisition is handled by the Managing Director, allowing you to focus purely on managing existing relationships, supporting contractors and maximising revenue across live accounts.

The Role

  • Managing an established portfolio of offshore hydrographic clients
  • Building strong relationships with existing customers
  • Managing contractor care and contractor relationships
  • Maximising revenue opportunities across existing accounts
  • Working closely with clients to understand hiring requirements
  • Managing recruitment delivery across technical offshore vacancies
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts

What They’re Looking For

  • Has recruitment experience within any recruitment industry but technical, engineering, renewables, energy, offshore or specialist contract recruitment could be useful
  • Has strong resourcing and delivery skills
  • Enjoys account management and relationship building
  • Is commercially aware and motivated by revenue growth
  • Prefers managing and developing existing business over cold BD activity
  • Wants to work within a specialist, high-value technical market

This could be ideal for a recruiter who has joined the industry in the last couple of years, has built solid delivery skills, and wants to focus on account growth and client management rather than constant business development.

Package

  • Basic salary up to £35,000
  • Realistic OTE of £50,000
  • Established client base from day one
  • No cold business development expectations
  • Specialist offshore hydrographic market
