A growing specialist recruitment business within the offshore hydrographic industry is looking to hire an Account Manager to take over, manage and further develop an established client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys account management, delivery and contractor management but does not want the pressure of new business development. All business development and client acquisition is handled by the Managing Director, allowing you to focus purely on managing existing relationships, supporting contractors and maximising revenue across live accounts.
The Role
- Managing an established portfolio of offshore hydrographic clients
- Building strong relationships with existing customers
- Managing contractor care and contractor relationships
- Maximising revenue opportunities across existing accounts
- Working closely with clients to understand hiring requirements
- Managing recruitment delivery across technical offshore vacancies
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts

- Has recruitment experience within any recruitment industry but technical, engineering, renewables, energy, offshore or specialist contract recruitment could be useful
