Are you an Executive Assistant with experience of the recruitment industry? I am looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join a small boutique legal headhunting firm based in the City. If you’re someone with a keen eye for detail, have outstanding organisational skills, who “gets” the recruitment or legal industries and want to work directly with a friendly, fee earning MD, this might be the role you’ve been looking for.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formatting CVs in house style
  • Uploading CVs to law firm client portals and maintaining a spreadsheet of login details
  • Developing and managing the knowhow library – strong research and writing skills are a must
  • Scheduling diaries and arranging meetings with clients and interviews with candidates
  • Maintaining databases and spreadsheets related to live vacancies across numerous top tier law firms
  • Assisting in setting up an AI scraper to streamline database maintenance and track live vacancies
  • Mapping the market – with the MD’s coaching, you’ll learn how to map specific legal practice areas and search for potential candidates
  • Helping with LinkedIn social media campaigns and executing LinkedIn messaging/candidate origination campaigns as directed
