A specialist, London based, recruitment business has secured a major international project recruiting around 100 HGV mechanics, vehicle technicians and fitters relocating to Perth. They are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant, Delivery Consultant or Resourcer to take ownership of the account and manage the full recruitment process from their London office.

This is a pure delivery role with zero business development. The client relationship is already established, allowing you to focus entirely on sourcing candidates, managing interviews and delivering hires.

The Role

  • Recruit HGV mechanics, vehicle technicians and fitters
  • Manage a high-volume recruitment campaign
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring activity
  • Manage candidates through the relocation process
  • Build talent pipelines within the commercial vehicle and automotive market

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment experience within automotive, HGV, engineering or technical recruitment
  • Experience recruiting mechanics, fitters or vehicle technicians
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong delivery and organisational skills
