As an executive search researcher you will be working closely with and supporting the partners of a search and selection consultancy which specialises in placing executive and C – Suite level finance professionals across a targeted client base in the UK.
You will attend client visits and briefings, draw up long and short lists, make initial approaches and be the go to person for up to date market intelligence. There is also potential for you to build and grow a research function as the business expands further.
This is a privately owned executive search and selection consultancy which offers its clients retained search and high level interim management solutions. It works with clients across markets including Real Estate, Technology, Communications and Consumer, placing management and executive finance professionals.
The company is looking to take on an experienced executive search researcher or an experienced recruitment consultant looking to move into executive search research, who can focus completely on identifying hard to find talent in the senior finance world. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an in-depth knowledge of the senior finance market. The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment is essential, working to tight deadlines, this is a company that delivers on time, every time.
The base salary will be designed to attract the best. Unusually for an executive search researcher role, the bonus structure will be transparent, personal and paid on a quarterly basis.
