The role involves working as a recruitment consultant or resourcer with the directors of the company, filling contract and permanent vacancies in the Engineering, Construction and Energy sectors in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will be dealing with existing clients with live vacancies, sourcing candidates and seeing the process through to successful placement – all with no business development.

The company is a small but highly successful recruitment consultancy based in the City which places project managers, engineers, and oil and gas specialists working on projects within offshore wind, oil and gas, engineering and construction across MENA, Europe and the UK. Its recruitment consultants form partnerships with their clients and candidates, working closely with all parties to ensure successful delivery, on time, every time.

The candidate should have experience as a recruitment consultant or resourcer within Energy, Engineering or Construction and want to work in a pure resourcing or delivery role, moving away from opening new, cold accounts. As this is a small business, you will need to fit in with the company’s friendly, hard-working team of recruitment consultants which has a supportive, collegiate environment.

The package includes a base salary in the region of £35k for an experienced resourcer or recruitment consultant, along with a competitive personal commission structure that generously rewards you and has no thresholds.
