Role Overview
A pure delivery role for an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Working very closely with the Managing Director of a small boutique recruitment consultancy based in the City.
- This is a pure delivery role giving you the opportunity to deal with live business with existing clients on a retained, contingent and interim management basis.
- Placing high level professionals within Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology, typically at salaries in excess of £100k across Financial Services and Commerce and Industry.
Qualifications
The company is looking to hire an experienced recruitment consultant who wants to work in the Financial Services or Commerce and Industry sectors in a pure delivery and account management role. Experience as a Financial Services or Commerce Recruitment Consultant is not essential but working to the company’s high standards, values and ethics is.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary can be up to £50k and is complemented by an extremely transparent personal commission structure which gives a very generous OTE.
