Role Overview

Executive Search Consultant / Recruitment Consultant working on‑site in Talent Acquisition at a global FMCG business headquartered in London.

We seek an experienced professional to develop their career as a Recruitment Business Partner, working closely with senior stakeholders in a strategic and advisory capacity. The role involves consulting with hiring managers, building talent pools and strong networks, managing candidate relationships, and delivering market intelligence to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver executive search solutions.
  • Build and maintain talent pools and strong networks across FMCG, Retail, Electronics, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle.
  • Deliver market intelligence and benchmark insights to the business.
  • Achieve demanding targets and deadlines with a consultative and proactive approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Search Consultant or Recruitment Consultant in an end‑to‑end delivery role.
  • Experience in Recruitment Consultancy, In‑house, or RPO environments.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive mental attitude.
  • Track record of meeting demanding targets and deadlines.
  • Preference for experience placing executives within FMCG, Retail, Electronics, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing sectors.

Benefits

Base salary of ~£45k, complemented by a bonus structure and a flexible, highly generous benefits package.
