This role is for an Executive Search Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to work on-site in Talent Acquisition at a global FMCG business which is headquartered in London.

Responsibilities

  • Develop your career as an Onsite or Internal Recruitment Consultant by joining a Talent Acquisition team.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders in a strategic and advisory role.
  • Consult with hiring managers, build talent pools and strong networks, manage candidate relationships, and deliver market intelligence to the business.
  • Be a genuine team player in a supportive and collegiate environment, working together to deliver high-quality internal recruitment solutions.

The candidate

You will be an experienced Executive Search Consultant or Recruitment Consultant looking to work for a major global business as an Onsite or Internal Recruitment Consultant. You must be used to working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive mental attitude and be a genuine team player.

Desired experience

  • Experience as an Executive Search Consultant or Recruitment Consultant in an end-to-end delivery role within either Recruitment Consultancy, In-house or RPO, preferably placing executives within FMCG, Retail, Electronics, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing.
  • A consultative approach, a history of building strong stakeholder relationships and experience of working to demanding targets and deadlines.

Package

The base salary is c.£45k which is complemented by a bonus structure and a flexible, highly generous benefits package.
