This is an opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join a widely recognised London based recruitment consultancy and specialise in the Risk or Compliance markets across a number of market sectors. It is a 360 recruitment consultant role working in a team of established and highly experienced specialist recruiters, alongside the hands on directors of the company, using the company’s strong reputation and extensive, up to date, candidate base to generate business with existing and new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Account management of existing clients in the financial services sector
- Business development and new client acquisition, focusing on Risk and Compliance markets
- Recruitment of candidates across all stages of the placement process, including sourcing, interview, and offer stages
- Maintaining and growing a candidate base in niche vertical markets
Qualifications:
- Experienced recruitment consultant in any industry
- Strong determination to succeed, excellent account management and business development skills

Package:
