The role: Working on a daily basis with the founding Directors of this impressive Wealth Management Executive Search firm, providing in-depth research, analysis, market intelligence and candidate attraction. The role has great potential, it could allow you to remain as an Executive Search Researcher running and building a research function or develop into a hybrid role, splitting your time between research and account managing some already live clients.
The company: A specialist Executive Search firm based in London. The company works purely on a retained basis, providing high level Executive Search solutions to the Wealth Management and Family Office communities.
The candidate: Ideally you will have experience as an Executive Search Researcher, preferably within the Wealth Management or Financial Services sectors although this is not essential as the company is more interested in your ability as a Researcher. Alternatively you could be an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to move away from business development and refocus your career by becoming an Executive Search Researcher.
