The role
Working as an engineering recruitment consultant with the directors of the company, filling contract and permanent vacancies in the Engineering, Construction and Energy sectors in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As a senior engineering recruitment consultant, you will have complete freedom in the market to deal with whichever clients you choose and, as the company grows, you will be able to grow and build a team of engineering recruitment consultants.

Its engineering recruitment consultants form partnerships with their clients and candidates, working closely with all parties to ensure successful delivery, on time, every time.
The candidate
You will have experience as a recruitment consultant within Energy, Engineering or Construction and want to work in a 360‑degree recruitment consultant role, leveraging the company’s excellent reputation and using your own network. You will be happy working in a small, friendly recruitment consultancy which will give you every opportunity to further your career and progress to a team leader role.
The package
The company will pay in the region of £50k base salary to an experienced engineering recruitment consultant. There is a competitive, monthly, personal commission structure which generously rewards you and has no thresholds.
