A great opportunity for a senior recruitment consultant or manager to take over the day to day running of a small team of recruitment consultants.
The role involves joining a small, highly profitable team of recruitment consultants who specialise in placing interim and contract Change Management experts across a wide-ranging client base. This is a hands-on leadership role, guiding and managing recruitment consultants, developing new business, nurturing existing relationships, putting together strategies to drive the division forward and expanding the team.
The company is a successful, award-winning, City-based recruitment consultancy which has teams of recruitment consultants working in specialist vertical markets across Financial Services and Commerce and Industry. It is enjoying spectacular year on year growth in revenues and is looking to capitalise on this by investing in talented and ambitious recruitment consultants.
The candidate will be an experienced senior recruitment consultant or manager with an in-depth knowledge of the interim Change Management recruitment sector, preferably within Financial Services. Talented and ambitious, you will be equally at home dealing with existing, established clients or developing new relationships using the company’s excellent brand name as leverage.
The package is potentially very lucrative; there is a highly competitive base salary and one of the most generous personal commission structures in the City. This is all complemented by an excellent benefits package, company nights out, high achievers’ lunches and trips abroad.
