Supporting experienced recruitment consultants by providing high quality Interim candidates and ensuring the recruitment team is in touch with the best professional Interim Managers in the Public Sector. This is a multi-faceted role which will include proactive candidate relationship management and development, day-to-day liaison with the team of recruitment consultants and involvement in marketing campaigns and candidate/client events.

The company is looking to engage with an Associate Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer who understands the recruitment process, preferably with experience of Interim Management from taking briefs to delivering high quality candidates. You will be motivated, with good time management skills, sales experience and preferably degree educated.

The base salary is in the region of £30k and will be complemented by a generous bonus structure and excellent benefits package.
