The role: This is an opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join a widely recognised London based recruitment consultancy and specialise in the Risk or Compliance markets across a number of market sectors. It is a 360 recruitment consultant role working in a team of established and highly experienced specialist recruiters, alongside the hands on directors of the company, using the company’s strong reputation and extensive, up to date, candidate base to generate business with existing and new clients.
The company: An undoubted success story in the City. The company specialises in niche vertical markets and is a leader in its field. It is a good place to work, there is no reliance on KPIs, its recruitment consultants are treated like adults, there is a dress down policy and a genuinely friendly, collegiate environment.
The candidate: You will be an experienced recruiter who is focussed on specialising in the Financial Services recruitment sector. Experience in the FS market is not essential but a determination to succeed, excellent account management and business development skills are, as are motivation, polish and team.
The package: The base salary will be between £40 -50k, supplemented by one of the most generous commission structures in the City of London.
