As per article 6.2 of the Board of Education – Local 1303-355 (Paraprofessional Educator) agreement, the following opening is being posted for the 2025-2026 school year: Full-Time Special Education Para Educator position for Bolton Public Schools. This position is for approximately 32.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday and involves the following responsibilities:
- Reinforce academic instruction previously taught by the teacher.
- Monitor student behaviour and respond appropriately; implement behaviour plans.
- Implement modifications and accommodations made to student's curriculum and learning environment, respectively.
- Perform other appropriate duties as may be assigned.
- Collect daily data from behaviour plans.
