Bolton Hospice in Little Lever is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead the daily running of the Little Lever shop. You will maximise income through sales, stock control, visual merchandising, Gift Aid and volunteer support, reporting to the Shop Manager and deputising when needed.
You will bring supervisory or management experience, strong communication and a customer-focused approach, and be comfortable coordinating with volunteers and across our retail network.
