Siamo alla ricerca di un Customer Service & Logistics Specialist da inserire all’interno del team di Customer Service , parte integrante della funzione Supply Chain di Bolton Food , con sede in Italia, Milano .

Stiamo cercando una persona dinamica, precisa e orientata al cliente, che supporti le attivitĂ  operative e strategiche del team Customer Service, contribuendo attivamente a garantire un servizio eccellente ai nostri clienti e partner commerciali.

In questo ruolo, non solo sarai responsabile della gestione dell’intero ciclo dell’ordine fino alla consegna, ma avrai un ruolo attivo nell’offrire un valore aggiunto commerciale al cliente, rafforzando il collegamento tra il front-end commerciale e la Supply Chain. Sarai un punto di riferimento affidabile e proattivo anche nella gestione della comunicazione con l’operatore logistico al fine di garantire il buon esito delle consegne.

  • Gestire l’intero ciclo dell’ordine: ricezione, inserimento, monitoraggio e chiusura, garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche e la soddisfazione del cliente.
  • Mantenere un contatto costante con clienti, team commerciali e l’operatore logistico per garantire un flusso informativo efficace e tempestivo.
  • Contribuire a costruire una relazione proattiva con il cliente, andando oltre l’aspetto operativo e anticipando bisogni o opportunitĂ  commerciali in coordinamento con il team Sales.
  • Monitorare e risolvere eventuali problematiche legate a disponibilitĂ  prodotto, consegne, fatturazione o reclami.
  • Collaborare con i team di Demand planning, logistica e supply planning per garantire la corretta pianificazione e distribuzione dei prodotti.
  • Utilizzare strumenti di reportistica (Excel, sistemi ERP come SAP) per il monitoraggio dei KPI di servizio.

La figura riporterĂ  direttamente al Customer Service & Master Data Manager e collaborerĂ  quotidianamente con i team Supply Chain, Sales, Demand Planning, Logistica, in un ambiente collaborativo, strutturato e internazionale.

  • Laurea in discipline economiche, linguistiche o affini (preferibile ma non necessaria);
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in Customer Service o Shipping Dept;
  • Ottime capacitĂ  relazionali, orientamento al cliente e predisposizione alla risoluzione dei problemi.
  • Spirito di iniziativa e capacitĂ  di anticipare bisogni, con un approccio consulenziale verso il cliente.
  • Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e capacitĂ  di lavorare in team e in contesti dinamici.
  • Conoscenza avanzata di Microsoft Excel; la conoscenza di SAP è considerata un plus .
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese – scritto e parlato.
