Voor onze Operations afdeling in Goes (NL) zijn we op zoek naar een Team Operator om ons team bij Bolton Adhesives te versterken.
Hoe jij het verschil maakt:
- Verantwoordelijkheden: Als Team Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal draaiende houden van jouw afdeling binnen onze productiehal. Jij verdeelt werkzaamheden, stuurt je (senior) operators aan en bewaakt het productieproces.
- Voorbereiding productie: Opstarten van de lijn, verdelen van werkzaamheden en controleren van benodigde materialen.
- Productieproces bewaken: Bijsturen waar nodig, controleren van de kwaliteit en signaleren van afwijkingen.
- Techniek en onderhoud: Signaleren en verhelpen van storingen, uitvoeren van klein onderhoud.
- Registratie en communicatie: Vastleggen van output, overdracht bij ploegwissels, communiceren van bijzonderheden.
- Continu verbeteren: Leveren van input voor werkprocessen, uitvoeren van verbeteringen en proefproducties.
- Aansturing en training: Inwerken en begeleiden van operators en inpakkers, coördineren van de bezetting.
- Verantwoord functioneren: Naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving.
Je rapporteert direct aan de Shiftleader en werkt intensief samen met (aspirant)operators en de technische dienst.
