For our production site in Goes (NL), we are looking for a QA Inspector to strengthen our team at Bolton Adhesives.

How you make the difference

As a QA Inspector, you are responsible for monitoring and safeguarding the quality of packaging materials and finished products. You identify deviations, take action when necessary, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality processes. Through your accuracy and strong quality mindset, you ensure our products meet the highest standards.

How your agenda looks like:

  • Performing quality inspections: Collecting samples according to planning and procedures, monitoring results, and identifying deviations in a timely manner. You carefully document findings in systems and ensure proper follow‑up.
  • Analysing and following up on deviations: Responding adequately to non‑conforming results and initiating corrective actions with production, suppliers, or internal stakeholders where required.
  • Investigating complaints: Conducting evaluations based on internal and external complaints, determining possible root causes (e.g., through root cause analysis), and proposing further investigations or improvements.
  • Driving process improvements: Actively proposing improvement initiatives, supporting quality‑related topics, and contributing to knowledge transfer — for example, by providing weighing training to Operators.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Acting as a point of contact for quality‑related matters for both internal departments and external parties such as suppliers and certification bodies during audits.

With your analytical skills and attention to detail, you recognize risks at an early stage and contribute to a stable and reliable production process.

Your team: You report to the SHEQ Manager and work closely with colleagues across Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and other relevant departments. Together, you ensure that quality is structurally embedded within the organization.

  • Education: MBO+ level (vocational college), preferably in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering or similar).
  • Experience: Several years of experience in a quality or production environment is a strong advantage.
  • Competencies: Accuracy, analytical skills, quality awareness, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive mindset.
  • Personality: You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your responsibilities. You are capable of working independently while actively collaborating when needed.
