Als Operator Filling, zorg jij er voor dat jouw machine juist wordt afgesteld en de verpakkingen gevuld worden met onze lijmproducten. Kom jij ons team versterken? Van papier en karton tot leer, stof en hout; van beton en porselein tot metaal en kunststof, er is vrijwel niets dat niet kan worden gelijmd met de producten van Bolton Adhesives. Al deze producten worden gemaakt in onze productiehal in Goes. Jouw gevoel voor techniek komt van pas, want kleine technische storingen mag je zelf oplossen. Lukt dit niet, dan meld je dit bij je teamleider, zodat jullie samen actie kunnen ondernemen. Veel van onze producten worden geproduceerd in kleine aantallen, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is en je veel bezig met machine aanpassingen. Je werkt in een professioneel bedrijf waar veilig werken centraal staat. Het is dus belangrijk om volgens de richtlijnen te werken.
Werkzaamheden
- Verpakkingen klaarzetten in de machine
- De machine instellen voor het vullen en verpakken
- Het gevulde product controleren
- Stickers maken voor op de verpakkingen
- Machines schoonmaken
- Storingen verhelpen en/of melden
Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau
- Een diploma Operator A of Operator B is een pré, maar geen must!
- Je hebt oog voor veiligheid en veilig werken
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring met productieprocessen, machines en/of techniek
- Je vindt het prettig om fysieke werkzaamheden te verrichten
- Je houdt van afwisseling, zowel in je werk als je werktijden. Je werkt in ploegendiensten van 05.20 – 14.30 uur (op vrijdag tot 12.10 uur) en 14.20 – 23.30 uur (op vrijdag tot 17.30 uur)

- Een fulltime baan van 39 uur per week, in 2‑ploegendienst, bij een snel groeiende internationale organisatie.
- Een salaris dat past bij je opleiding en ervaring en 14,2% ploegentoeslag.
- Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals vakantiegeld 8,33% en reiskostenvergoeding.
- Een prettig ploegenrooster, waarbij je op vrijdag maar een halve dag werkt zodat je vrijdagavond altijd vrij bent.
