We are looking for a Logistics Administrative Employee to join our Logistics team within our Adhesives business unit based in the Netherlands.
In this position you ensure that all logistic administrative tasks related to outgoing products and raw materials are handled efficiently and accurately. Your work directly supports smooth logistics operations and excellent customer service.
How your agenda looks like:
- Prepare Documentation: Handle transport, export, and customs documentation.
- Coordinate with External Parties: Align transport details with external stakeholders.
- Manage Inquiries: Receive and address customer questions and complaints.
- Update Systems: Maintain the warehouse management system and related administrative tasks.
- Reception Duties: Manage the reception desk and handle interactions with external visitors.
- Process Returns: Receive and process returned goods efficiently.
What makes you a great fit:
- Education: MBO level or equivalent
- Experience: Relevant experience in a similar position within a logistics environment.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge in export- and customs documentation, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
