Essa Academy are seeking to recruit a Teacher of English to join the team. The successful candidate will be able to:

• Set high expectations which inspire and motivate our young people to fulfil their potential.
• Demonstrate the drive and skill to raise standards of students\’ attainment and achievement through good subject and curriculum knowledge.
• Monitor and track student progress within their classes. Adapt teaching to respond to strengths and needs of pupils.
• Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment and fulfil wider professional responsibilities.
