The governors of All Saints’ CEP are seeking to appoint a keen, hardworking, hands-on Site Manager who will integrate well into a busy school environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, practical, hardworking individual to work in our happy school. The successful applicant will ensure that school facilities are kept in an excellent and safe condition and maintained at the highest possible standards for use by pupils, staff and visitors.

Permanent Post with immediate start (can be negotiated for the right candidate) Grade E Scp 11 to Scp 17 £28,142 to £31,022 Actual Salary £26,620 to £29,345 35 hours per week all year round, split shifts. Optional entry into the local government pensions scheme. Full holiday entitlement of 25 days plus Bank Holidays, to be taken during school holidays (rising to 28 days after 5 years’ service). CPD and training.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Flexibility to undertake a wide range of jobs including site management, cleaning, maintenance and basic D.I.Y.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of good working practices and Health and Safety
  • The ability to work on own initiative
  • Preferably experience in a similar role
