- NVQ level 2 (catering) or City & Guilds (catering) qualifications or equivalent.
- Recognised Food Safety Qualification Level 2 or above.

Role:
The overall management of a school catering operation, monitoring and controlling the catering service to ensure that quality and consistency of service are maintained at all times.
About You:
We’re looking for an experienced catering manager who is able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing teams. You will need to be focused on continually improving standards and providing high levels of customer service to our stakeholders. You’ll be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills. Ideally you will have a school catering background with an understanding of the principles of menu planning and budgets. Confident in the use of IT and experience of Microsoft Office.
