St Columba's Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Pastoral Care Officer to join our school.

We are looking for a person who:

  • Is a practicing Catholic/Christian or has a commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos of the school.
  • Has recent experience of working with children in a primary school.
  • Has a passion for working with young children and is kind, caring and flexible.
  • Demonstrates excellent knowledge and understanding of children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
  • Is an outstanding practitioner with high expectations of what can be achieved.
  • Is able to work as part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
  • Is able to form successful relationships with parents.
