The Role:
- To provide good quality, inclusive, safe play/care including meeting children’s individual needs, supervision of activities, outings and provision.
- Ensuring the provision of high quality childcare and appropriate play opportunities for all children attending the scheme.
About You:
- We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have some experience of working with children and young people.
- You must have an interest in working with children and young people, and be able to bring some activities/skills to enable you to work as part of a team to ensure the children have an enjoyable time whilst at the setting.
- Experience of working with children and/or young people is essential.
- Contracts will be a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours.
- You will provide a safe child-centred environment, offering creative and structured play opportunities.
- Successful candidates will be required to take part in some training before starting the role and must be available 5 days out of 7 (Monday to Sunday) for the WHOLE duration of these dates 20th July - 23rd August for the school Summer holidays 2026, no additional time off will be permitted between these dates.
