Head Teacher Required for September 2026

Salary Range: L18 to L24a

The children, staff, parents and governors of St Matthew’s are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated Head Teacher who is capable of delivering educational excellence and is committed to ensuring that the school remains “a loving family that shares, learns, prays and flourishes together.” We are a welcoming and inclusive church school serving a diverse local community. Our Christian vision and values underpin our daily life within school and our Christian foundations shine brightly for all to see, guiding us spiritually, morally, socially and intellectually to become confident, successful and aspirational individuals.

We are looking for an experienced Head Teacher who will continue to lead our large, happy, successful and safe school and is committed to ensuring that:

  • The strong links with church and community are continued and further developed
