The Role

The successful candidate will work within and support our information governance team. You will primarily be responsible for reviewing and processing third party requests for information, ensuring that customers and external organisations receive appropriate, timely and compliant responses. The role also includes providing support and guidance on retention and disposal schedules as well as supporting good records management.

About You

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of disclosure and best practice alongside some experience or knowledge of handling and disclosure of personal information. They will be an organised individual who can work well independently and as part of a team to meet common goals. Good communication skills and IT skills are essential as well as an ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.
