Essa Academy is seeking to appoint an Assistant Cook to support the Chef Manager with the preparation and production of breakfast, break, lunch & hospitality services according to requirements. The successful candidate will be required to support the Chef Manager, be competent and skilled to work in all areas of preparation, cooking and counter service in accordance with the daily menu whilst following the government guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of working practices within the trust.
- Assist with maintaining all food stock levels, including stock taking and stock rotation.
