Bolton College is seeking a Transition and Progression Advisor to support diverse learners in their academic journey. The successful candidate will be an experienced SEND specialist committed to inclusion and capable of assessing learner needs and planning robust transition activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with department heads to ensure compliance
  • Providing staff development on Disability Awareness

Applicants must hold relevant qualifications and demonstrate experience in Further Education. Safeguarding and promoting welfare are paramount, requiring an enhanced DBS check.
