The predicted salary is between 15600 - 17358 £ per year.
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspirational Beauty Therapy lecturer. You will deliver highly effective teaching, learning and assessment and support learners to maximise their potential and to make positive progress towards their timely successful achievement.
Ideally, you will have:
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent)
- Level 2 Maths and English qualification
- Level 4 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy including Micro-pigmentation
- Assessors qualification or willingness to work towards
- Relevant, successful experience of teaching across a variety of levels (L1-4)
- Recent, successful experience of working within the Beauty Therapy industry
Day-to-day you will have responsibility:
- To deliver high quality and inclusive teaching and learning on one or more courses.
- To support the curriculum management on curriculum and course development.
- To take part and comply with all quality assurance procedures and systems within the area of responsibility.
- Develop resources, support teaching programmes and deliver on a number of courses as required.
- To support the achievement of annual targets for learner numbers, income, expenditure and success rates.
- Comply with all College policies and procedures and maintain personal compliance.
