Lecturer A English 22.2 hours per week Market Forces may apply and would allow for a salary up to £39,316 per annum + £2,500 Golden Hello Payment (Terms and Conditions apply) Bolton College is looking to appoint an ambitious, talented, and enthusiastic Lecturer A in English to join our flourishing team. You will provide high quality and inclusive teaching and learning on GCSE/Functional Skills and non-accredited Community Learning courses.Applications from NQTs are welcome. Ideally, you will: Relevant degree or equivalent. Teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE). Level 2 qualification in English and Maths. Proven track record in the teaching of English GCSE to 1618-year-olds. Experience of embedding English into vocational or academic programmes of study. Experience of developing and designing interactive learning materials and innovative resources to meet personalised learning requirements. Day-to-day you will be responsible for: To deliver high quality and inclusive teaching and learning on one or more courses. To support the curriculum management on curriculum and course development. To take part and comply with all quality assurance procedures and systems within the area of responsibility. Develop resources, support teaching programmes and deliver on a number of courses as required. To support the achievement of annual targets for learner numbers, income,expenditure and success rates.
