We believe that regular attendance is crucial for student success and are looking for two dedicated Attendance Officers to join our team. As an Attendance Officer, you will play a key role in promoting and ensuring high levels of student attendance. You will work closely with students, parents, and staff to identify and address attendance issues, signposting where necessary. Ideally, you will have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and administrative abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in an educational setting is desirable. Knowledge of attendance management systems is an advantage. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
