We are looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering digital services that meet the needs of our customers and colleagues. You will work across teams to understand problems, design better services and translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our digital transformation journey, helping us deliver accessible, secure and user-centred services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead discovery activities to understand business problems, user needs and service challenges.
- Produce high-quality artefacts such as user journeys, personas, process maps and service blueprints.
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure non-functional requirements such as accessibility, security and data are considered from the outset.
- Create and maintain accurate as-is and to-be process maps aligned with policy.
