Were currently recruiting for a Tenancy Enforcement Manager to join our team. Job Details: Location: Bolton Salary: Grade 6 – (£42,540 – £46,740) Basis: Full Time Contracted Hours: 36 Hours Package: Permanent Working Pattern: Monday Friday (flexible) Why is the role important? The Enforcement Manager leads a team to deliver our anti-social behaviour and enforcement service in line with organisational policies and strategies, in relation to preventing anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches and sustaining communities. Whats involved? Manage individual officer performance and ensure service standards and performance targets are met. Support the team by reviewing and offering guidance on complex anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement cases. Identify creative solutions and effective strategies to resolve cases, while managing risks to safeguard communities and vulnerable customers. To work in close partnership and attend meetings with statutory services and partners (e.g. Police, Bolton Council) to prevent and tackle anti-social behaviour.
