We are currently recruiting for a People Advisor on a fixed-term contract (minimum 12 months) to cover maternity leave. Job Details: Location: Bolton Salary: Grade 4 (£30,980 – £34,340) Basis: Full Time Contracted Hours: 36 Hours Package: Fixed-Term Contract Maternity Cover (Minimum 12 months) Working Pattern: Monday – Friday Why is the role important? The People Advisor role delivers a range of people services across the business including providing advice and support on people matters and policy, undertaking casework, preparing reports and documentation, supporting projects and initiatives and ensuring data integrity. Whats involved? Advise on a range of peoplematters including absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance management and capability, family leave, restructures/redundancy/severance and workforce planning etc. Attend hearings as the HR panel member for cases including disciplinary and grievances. Support and advise managers and staff to resolve employee relations issues; advising on policies and procedures and responding to queries.
