Senior Pricing Analyst / Actuary

Our client is looking for a dynamic and ambitious actuarial candidate to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role with real visibility – ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and wants to accelerate their career.

You’ll be embedded in the business from day one, working closely with underwriters and senior leadership to develop pricing models, challenge thinking, and influence decision-making. This isn’t just about turning the handle – you’ll need to bring commercial awareness, energy, and the drive to make a meaningful impact.

This is an excellent role for someone who wants to get a broad scope of experience and get involved across multiple lines of business.

Their ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset and pricing experience, but strong reserving backgrounds from London Market will be considered if you bring the right mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support case pricing and underwriting across different lines.
• Deliver bespoke analyses, including experience/exposure rating, rate change reviews, and price adequacy studies.
• Help shape pricing strategy and portfolio optimisation through monitoring, benchmarking, and deep dives.
• Collaborate with the wider business and explore new data sources and tools to enhance the actuarial capabilities.
