We are working exclusively with a London market insurer who is looking for a Senior Analyst / Reserving Actuary to join their team. It’s an opportunity to work across multiple lines of business and territories and would have excellent visibility to senior management.

The role entails quarterly reserving, regulatory reporting, and annual business planning. The role also involves preparing returns for regulatory bodies and rating agencies, managing binders, analysing profitability, and enhancing data management and automation for improved reporting.

Although not compulsory, there is opportunity throughout the year to travel if it is of interest.

The position requires strong technical actuarial skills with a minimum of 2 years of general insurance reserving experience, effective communication, and the ability to contribute to the evolution of management information and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a collaborative and welcoming culture. You will be making strong progress through your actuarial exams, although full study support will be provided for your remaining ones.
