Leading Specialty insurer is seeking graduate to join as an actuarial analyst to support both the Capital and Reserving teams in delivering their objectives. This role will be rotational working with both teams throughout the year.Works effectively within a team.Key Attributes Has a willingness to learn, develop and take on responsibilities.Is prepared to take ownership of tasks and ensure a successful outcome.Is highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Good communication skills.Analytical thinker who demonstrates sound judgement and decision making.Produces consistently high standard of results with strong attention to detail.Takes the initiative to tackle problems and improve processes.Has strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work.Technical Expertise Good Excel skills.Experience of SQL, Python/R and data visualisation tools, e.g. Tableau/Power BI, is desirable but not a requirement.A strong Maths degree (or related) – 1st or 2:1.Must have full rights to work in the UK
