What You’ll Do

  • Broadcast Execution & Event Leadership
    • Lead broadcast operations at major live events across multiple sports.
    • Oversee production workflows, ensuring seamless delivery under high-pressure environments.
    • Act as the primary decision-maker on-site for broadcast quality, troubleshooting, and execution.
  • Creative Direction & Storytelling
    • Define and evolve the visual identity and editorial voice of broadcast products.
    • Drive innovation in how stories are told through live sports, data, and technology.
    • Collaborate with production, product, and design teams to enhance fan engagement.
  • Client & Partner Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, leagues, federations, and broadcasters.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to partners on broadcast innovation and execution.
    • Align internal delivery with client expectations and long-term partnership goals.
  • Operational Team & Workflow Development
    • Design, implement, and refine scalable broadcast workflows across sports and regions.
    • Identify inefficiencies and introduce tools, processes, and best practices to improve delivery.
    • Ensure consistency and cohesion across all broadcast outputs.
  • Product & Experience Ownership
    • Oversee the “look and feel” of all broadcast products, ensuring high production standards.
    • Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and feature development.
    • Champion innovation in graphics, data integration, and fan-facing experiences.
  • Cross-Sport Cohesion
    • Create a unified broadcast vision across different sports offerings.
    • Share best practices and drive consistency while respecting sport-specific nuances.
    • Foster collaboration between teams working across different disciplines.

Location

In this role, expect to be working on-site at sports events around the world for at least 100 days per year. When not on-site, you may work remotely, or from our offices in London, Winchester or Charlotte.
