About the role
In this role, you will lead high-stakes analytical projects across rider and driver value propositions, retention, and forecasting. You won't just report data; you will use structured problem-solving and compelling storytelling to challenge the status quo and influence executive decision-making.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Conduct deep-dive analyses while maintaining a helicopter view of overall marketplace health and commercial objectives.
- Independently own analytical workstreams from problem definition through to recommendations, including pricing analysis and scenario modelling.
- Build, maintain, and improve performance tracking, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to streamline processes and improve visibility across the marketplace.
- Translate complex analysis into clear data stories, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive action, and track the impact of changes on commercial and operational outcomes.
About you:
- 4+ years of experience in a high-intensity analytical position with a track record of materially improving business outcomes.
- Advanced SQL skills and expert-level modelling in Excel/Google Sheets are essential.
- Experience using BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar.
- You excel at breaking down ambiguous problems and balancing granular detail with big-picture strategic thinking.

- You are a "hustler" who thrives in fast-paced environments, remains undeterred by obstacles, and operates with minimal supervision.
