About The Role
Bolt is building Retail Media into a strategic revenue engine across 16 markets, with Brand Ads at the centre. We are looking for a Retail Media Sales Senior Manager to build and lead the global sales engine that will get us there. You will define the commercial strategy across 16 countries, codify the founding playbook, and partner with Product to commercialise new ad formats and features.
This role has a direct impact on Bolt’s P exposure to non-endemic categories is a strong plus. You are comfortable building in a fast-moving environment, where playbooks, pricing, and processes are still being defined. You have marketing-mix fluency and a consultative style: you can position Retail Media credibly inside a brand's broader marketing budget. You are commercially data-fluent: comfortable with attribution, ROAS, and incrementality, and able to turn data into a clear narrative.
