About The Role

As Regional Workplace Experience Manager, you'll lead the Workplace Experience team across the countries in your region while staying hands-on in your primary Hub. You'll balance regional oversight β€” mentoring teams, holding the line on global standards, and driving cost efficiency β€” with day-to-day local execution, partnering closely with People, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Safety, Sustainability, and IT so that workplace operations directly support employee satisfaction, sustainability, and our culture.

This role is based in London.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the regional Workplace Experience team: recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring team members, running regular 1:1s, feedback, appraisals and performance reviews, and fostering a culture of accountability and high-quality service delivery.
  • Own the full employee workplace experience across supported offices and run operations in your primary Hub, covering essential services (maintenance, meeting rooms, cleaning, catering, couriers, waste, connectivity), access control and asset systems, and supporting Real Estate with new office launches, expansions, seating plans and space utilisation.
  • Manage the regional workplace budget and KPIs on cost, satisfaction and sustainability, keeping invoicing and receipts flowing to accounting, and feeding input into forecasting and regional cost planning.
  • Oversee vendor selection, negotiation and contract management across the region, aligning local vendor processes with global standards and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, service providers and external partners.
  • Safeguard Health & Safety compliance across all offices (documentation, audits, risk assessments, mandatory training) and lead workplace culture β€” from office traditions and celebrations to major local events such as Summer Summits and End-of-Year events β€” alongside standardised onboarding and offboarding in partnership with the People team.

About You

  • You have proven experience managing workplace, office or facilities operations across multiple locations, including essential services, vendors, and landlord or building management relationships.
  • You have proven experience leading and developing a team, including hiring, mentoring, feedback and performance conversations, and supporting people through problem-solving and escalation.
  • You're confident owning a budget: tracking and optimising spend, managing KPIs on cost, satisfaction and sustainability, and contributing to forecasting and cost planning.
  • You know how to keep offices compliant with local Health & Safety legislation and company standards, from audits and documentation to risk assessments and mandatory training.
  • You're a strong communicator and collaborator in English, at ease working with HQ functions such as People, Finance, Legal, IT, Security and Real Estate, keeping documentation accurate, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Why you'll love it here

  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
  • Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.
  • Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.

Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.

At Bolt, using AI daily is a baseline expectation for everyone. If there's a faster, smarter way to do your work, we expect you to find it. You're still responsible for the output, so the standard stays high when using AI tools.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying!

Everyone is welcome
