About The Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of global fleet and driver partnerships in a new, rapidly expanding business vertical that operates like a startup within Bolt. This includes market expansion, negotiation of commercial terms, onboarding, account management, and program oversight. You will be a key contributor in driving operational excellence, enhancing fleet and rider experiences, and working collaboratively across multiple teams to scale the business. We are looking for a smart, analytical entrepreneur who loves to solve problems and makes things happen through relentless execution.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Team Leadership &Development: Mentor and empower team members, provide feedback, set goals, and drive operational efficiency.
- Fleet & Driver Partnerships: Acquire and maintain relationships with fleets and drivers, handling commercial, operational, and strategic matters.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to maximize feature adoption and service quality.
- Supply Acquisition & Retention: Plan and execute initiatives to drive long-term supply acquisition and retention, setting up and monitoring supply metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback loops and quality checks to optimize fleet and rider experiences.
- Program Management: Develop and execute project plans for partner acquisition and integration, ensuring progress and accountability across stakeholders.
About you
- You have 5+ years of experience in an Operations Management role with a strong analytical component.
- You demonstrate a highly data-driven, analytical mindset, and you can examine data to optimise your team\’s activities and identify patterns and trends within the data.
- You have experience leading a team and a passion for developing people.
- You have a proven track record in managing new product launches or market entry processes.
- You have excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and French.
