We are looking for an entrepreneurial and solutions-driven Senior Operations Manager with excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills to take full ownership and lead a team of 20+ people to deliver the strategy and end-to-end rider and driver operations, impacting millions of people daily, in one of our largest and fastest growing markets.
As the Senior Operations Manager, you will have full accountability for the UKI Rider and Driver operations and flywheel - from acquisition to engagement, loyalty, quality and long-term growth. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, commercial performance, operational excellence and team leadership - shaping how one of Bolt’s largest markets grows and wins. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and looking to make a real impact. You have 8+ years of experience across operations, strategy and go-to-market roles. You have managerial experience, are an expert communicator with a strong analytical and commercial mindset.

Main tasks and responsibilities:- Defining and executing the UKI Rider and Driver strategy across acquisition, engagement, rewards, funnel optimisation and communications.
- Owning key market KPIs including growth, quality, engagement and efficiency.
- Driving continuous optimisation through structured experimentation and impact measurement.
- Identifying structural inefficiencies and redesigning processes to unlock scalable performance.
- Translating strategy into clear execution plans with measurable outcomes.
- Raising the bar on quality, service delivery and loyalty across both sides of the marketplace.
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of 20+ across Rider and Driver operations.
- Elevating talent capability in a high-growth, high-intensity environment.
- Partnering closely with Product, Marketing and Central Operations to deliver market-leading initiatives.
- Leading go-to-market planning for new Rider and Driver programs.
- Acting as the voice of the UKI market, influencing regional and global decisions.
- 8+ years of experience across operations, strategy and go-to-market roles.
- Proven experience leading and scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen (budget ownership, ROI thinking, incentive optimisation).
- A track record of turning strategy into measurable impact.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
