About Bolt

Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars.

What started as an ambitious project of a 19‑year‑old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.

From ride‑hailing and food delivery to scooters, e‑bikes, and car‑sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day.

Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding.

And we're just getting started.

Why join Bolt?

  • Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities.
  • Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth.
  • Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you'll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry.
  • Join one of Europe's leading technology companies, backed by world‑class investors including Sequoia.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, pragmatic, and highly analytical Senior Manager Advertising Operations to help scale Bolt’s rapidly growing business.

Bolt Food is building one of Europe's fastest‑growing advertising businesses across Merchant Ads and Brand Ads in 16 markets, with a cumulative revenue ambition of more than EUR 200M over the next three years.

This is a high‑leverage role at the intersection of commercial, product, and data, owning how new ads products get launched, how advertiser success scales, and how market insight gets translated into winning product and go‑to‑market decisions.

Reporting directly to the Head of Ads & Monetisation, you will lead a central team of three.

You will own advertiser success across both verticals and act as the bridge between local markets and HQ, ensuring teams across 16 countries stay aligned on priorities, launch readiness, adoption goals, and what success looks like.

This role has a direct impact on Bolt's P&L.

You will help shape the product agenda through evidence, turn operational complexity into scalable playbooks, and build the rhythm that helps Bolt commercialise ads products faster and better.

  • Main Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Monetisation: Help shape the Ads & Monetisation strategy, balancing growth, merchant success, and platform profitability.
  • Go-To-Market

Execution: Lead product go-to-markets and testing initiatives, defining playbooks, launch plans, readiness criteria, communications, adoption goals, and post-launch iteration.

  • Data Insights & Analysis: Turn complex data into actionable insights, forecasts, and business cases that clarify trade-offs and guide product and commercial decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional
  • Project

Management: Bridge commercial, product, and data teams, acting as the ultimate project manager and main escalation point for multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Market
  • Feedback

Loop: Create a systematic market feedback loop by collecting insights, quantifying impact, synthesizing themes, and converting them into crisp inputs for roadmap prioritisation.

  • KPI & Efficiency

Frameworks: Define KPI frameworks that translate business needs into requirements for data assets feeding BIs, reporting, and AI tooling to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.

About You

  • You ideally have around 8 years of experience in Rev Ops, Go-To-Market, Program, or Project Management within marketplaces, e-commerce, B2B Saa S, Ad Tech, or Retail Media.
  • You have a proven track record of launching revenue-generating products and tools across multiple markets and customer segments.
  • You have strong program management skills with the ability to bring structure, manage dependencies, and drive fast, effective decision-making.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, with the ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven recommendations.
  • You are highly analytical and metrics-driven with strong SQL skills and experience in data modelling, analysis, and visualisation.
  • You have a high ownership mindset with strong communication skills, a pragmatic approach, and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
