We are looking for a driven, pragmatic, and highly analytical Ads & Monetisation Manager to help scale Bolt’s rapidly growing business in Tallinn, Estonia.
About the role
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of commercial, product, and data - helping define priorities, leading product operations, and program-managing multiple initiatives from idea to impact. You’ll work end-to-end across domains: from shaping launch plans and market readiness, to enabling teams with playbooks, to building the measurement frameworks that help us learn and iterate fast. Your work will help Restaurant and Grocery merchants grow by improving visibility, reach, and performance through scalable Ads & Growth products. You’ll bring analytical rigor, business acumen, and structured execution to design playbooks, define what success looks like, and build the operating rhythm that makes our monetisation engine spin. While you will start as an individual contributor, this function is designed for growth. You will be expected to step up, lead rollouts, and eventually build out your own sub-team as we rapidly scale our Ads & Monetisation business. This role has a direct impact on merchant outcomes and Bolt’s P&L, offering a rare opportunity to shape the future of Ads & Monetisation at Bolt.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Help shape the Ads & Monetisation strategy balancing growth, merchant success and platform profitability.
- Lead product go-to-markets and testing initiatives defining: playbooks, launch plans, readiness criteria, communications, adoption goals, and post-launch iteration.
- Turn complex data into actionable insights, forecasts, and business cases that clarify trade-offs and guide product and commercial decision making.
- Bridge commercial, product and data teams acting as the ultimate project manager and main escalation point for multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Create a systematic market feedback loop: collect insights, quantify impact, synthesize themes, and convert them into crisp inputs that help roadmap prioritisation.
- Define KPI frameworks that translate business needs into requirements for data assets that feed BIs, reporting, and AI tooling that improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.
About you:
- You ideally have around 8 years experience in RevOps, Go-To-Market, Program or Project Management within marketplaces, e-commerce, B2B SaaS, AdTech or Retail Media.
- You have a proven track record of launching revenue-generating products and tools across multiple markets and customer segments.
- You have strong program management skills with the ability to bring structure, manage dependencies, and drive fast, effective decision making.
- You have excellent stakeholder management across Product, Engineering and Commercial teams with the ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven recommendations.
- You are highly analytical and metrics-driven with strong SQL skills and experience in data modelling, analysis, and visualisation.
- You have a high ownership mindset with strong communication skills, a pragmatic approach, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
Why you’ll love it here:
- Our teams work on local and global processes in over 50 countries.
- We build partnerships, launch cities, onboard new restaurants, enable 200+ million people to commute, and ensure millions of partners can earn an income on their terms.
- Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
- Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
- Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
- Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.
- Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.
- Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.
We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
