We're looking for a skilled Automation Manager to design, build, and deploy the AI and automation systems that power Bolt for Business's commercial growth — shipping production-grade systems that directly move commercial metrics across markets, from day one.

As an Automation Manager within Bolt's AI Centre of Excellence, you will own the end-to-end design, build, and deployment of AI and automation systems that drive commercial impact across Bolt for Business. This is not a prototyping role — you'll ship production systems that measurably move metrics like orders per rep, deal conversion rates, and time saved across Sales.
