We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Specialist to help us scale our micro-mobility function in Liverpool.

About the role
As a Senior Operations Specialist you are going to be joining our team, to manage Bolt's e-bikes/e-scooters daily operations. It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the fast-growing micro-mobility sector and Europe’s transportation unicorn.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinating Bolt’s e-scooters/e-bikes operations in Liverpool.
- Create and optimise processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run e-bike/e-scooter operations.
- Analyse data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics to ensure that e-bikes/e-scooters are deployed to high-demand areas.
- Manage the e-bikes/e-scooter fleet – be on top of the vehicle inventory and ensure high ride quality for our riders.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase our efficiency and solve all kinds of operational challenges.
About you
- You have worked in analytical positions before.
- A data-driven analytical mindset (good Excel skills are a must).
- Amazing negotiation and communication skills.
- Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day.
- Be passionate about new technologies.
- Excellent communication in English.
